Starting at a one-time yearly payment of $299, you’ll receive routine cleanings, comprehensive exams, all necessary X-rays, an emergency exam (as needed), plus an extra 15% off of any recommended treatment.

Downtown Tinley Dental In-House Discount Plan Guidelines
Downtown Tinley Dental’s In-House Discount Plan is provided as a service to our patients without dental insurance. This dental plan is NOT insurance. The program is only offered to individuals and families not currently insured by a dental health plan. This plan is valid only at Downtown Tinley Dental. It is the members responsibility to schedule and keep all appointments offered as a part of the program. The services included in the members program are to be provided in the current program year and are non-transferrable to next program year and/or family members. Membership year begins on the date of enrollment upon payment in full. All services included in plan are provided at no additional cost to member and all treatment proposed to member thereafter will receive a 15% reduction of our regular office fee for service. Downtown Tinley Dental reserves the right to change said fees at any time. Payment for said services are to be paid in full at all appointments. Downtown Tinley Dental accepts all major forms of payment. Membership for plan must be current to the date to receive all services included in plan. All discounts provided by plan cannot be applied to any products offered by Downtown Tinley Dental including but not limited to electronic toothbrushes, waterpiks, etc. Downtown Tinley Dental’s In-House Discount Plan is NOT to be considered an insurance plan and cannot be used in conjunction with any dental insurance plan. Limitations within the plan may include complex or referred treatment. If the member’s treatment needs are outside of the scope of Downtown Tinley Dental, the membership plan will not apply outside of our office where treatment may be required. Only services provided by Downtown Tinley Dental will be applicable to plan discounts. Cancellation of membership plan can be made only upon completion of current program year at which point patient can opt out of a renewal. Unless member has special circumstances (i.e., illness, sabbatical, etc.) all services provided by program can only be used within program year and expire beyond one year from time of enrollment. Renewal of plan will be offered to patient on anniversary of initial contract agreement date. If a member chooses to cancel their membership at said time, the member will be subject to usual office fees thereafter.
