First Visit Experience
Many dental offices have a specific routine for new patients, and while it’s great to have a plan, we know that not every patient can fit into such a regimented schedule. That’s why we take a more individualized approach to your first visit. If you’ve come to us with a specific issue, we’ll address that first, then move onto a more generalized assessment of your oral health, even if that means we schedule another appointment. We take the time to get to know you and discuss your dental goals, as we strive to form a relationship with each of our patients. As a new patient, we’ll review your medical and dental history and perform a comprehensive exam, as well as create a customized treatment plan to help you achieve a spectacular smile.
Your comfort is our top priority. We’re here to light up your smile, and keep you relaxed the whole time. Visiting the dentist doesn’t have to be a chore, and can, in fact, actually be fun. With our friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, your time at our office can be something you look forward to. When you’re in our chair, settle in with a warm blanket to keep you cozy during treatments, and rest your head on a soft, fluffy pillow. We’re here for you, so whatever you need to make your visit more pleasant, never hesitate to ask!
As part of our “Make It Happen” mentality, we’ll do whatever we have to do to ensure you get the treatment you need – and that includes payment. We’ll work with your insurance to file the necessary paperwork and file your claim, and we accept most major insurances in the Tinley Park and surrounding areas. If you don’t have insurance, we accept CareCredit, a third-party financing company. Your treatment doesn’t have to be dictated by your budget. We’ll help you get the care you need and find the right options for payment that suit your needs.
